Stolen iphone 5 and verizon insurance?
I got insurance for my iphone 5 and within a month of having it, it got stolen. I filed a police report and i'm going to verizon today to shut off my phone. If i file an insurance claim on it, will it likely be replaced? And how long will it take to hear from the "insurance".
Depends on what insurance you have if you got the 9.00$ dollar insurance it could take up to a week to get a device by mail and it will be refurbished. If you have the 15.00$ dollar insurance they will try to get you a brand new one As soon as possible.

It will be replaced but even with insurance they will charge a hefty fee I had a iphone 4 and same thing happened and I'm with Verizon and the fee was $169.00 because I phones are expensive they said.
