Battery on my iPhone 4S doesn't fully drain?
My battery life is weird instead of draining all the way down to 1% it dies at around 12%? What can I do to change this? Or improve battery life overall?

First off: You should NEVER fully drain your iPhone's battery it's not designed to be fully drained (a safety measure implemented in the battery's construction to prevent damage to the internal components that allow the battery to hold a charge)
You can charge it when it's as low as 12% but ideally you shouldn't allow your battery to always get that low because it can damage the battery's ability to hold a complete charge and need to be replaced sooner.
