What to do if I get I my Iphone wet?
As I was unplugging my phone from charging in the kitchen, my Iphone slipped out of my and fell into the sink compeletly full of water. I took the case off and turned my phone off and out it in a bag of rice. As I was putting it in the bag of rice I notices the flas was on and it wasn't turning off. So I put the phone in anyways and now Ibasically wondering if there's anything else to do?
Cry and then when you spend the money on a new iphone buy the 100 dollar case that can go underwater because clearly you need it
Put the bag in the freezer, after the water inside freezes you need to hair dry it so the water condenses on the outside of the phone instead of the inside
Throw it away
No just let it sit in the rice for days! That's all you can do
Don't try to use it. Here's another thing you can do - put your iPhone under a lamp for a couple of hours to a few days until the water dries up. Hopefully this should work. Don't force it to work right now. Hope this helps!

If you put it in the freezer, you'll damage it more. The water inside will 'freeze' but when water freezes, it expands and will cause even more internal damage.
Do not turn your phone on while you're trying to dry out or could cause shortages inside the phone.
Just keep your phone in the rice in a nice dry temperate area for a few days, THEN turn it on, but not until you've given it time to dry up all the water inside
- Will my waterproof iPhone get water damage if I wet it while it has a tiny crack? I have an iPhone 8 which is waterproof but I have a very TINY crack on the screen, you can't see it unless you look for it. I only noticed it was there because I felt it when scrolling on it. My question is, could I still get my phone wet or will it break because the water will go through the crack? I used to love taking it into the ocean with me and I'd like to take it with me while I go tubing.
