Will my verison iPhone 4 work in China?
I'm going to China for 10 days in November and I'm worried that my phone won't have service being I'm from The USA. I have Verison and its an iPhone 4. Will it possibly have Internet but not be able to text or make calls. I've heard that it will text but no calls and I've heard that nothing will work, not even Internet. So I'm just trying to get a real answer. Does anyone know from experience or work for verison or something?
Its Verizon & most likely it wouldn't seeing as Verizon is a CDMA network & most international carriers are GSM. I heard that in those scenarios Verizon would lend you a loaner phone while they hold yours & then of course upon return you get back yours.
- Will my iPhone 5S still work in China? I'm going to China tomorrow and I was wondering if my iPhone will still work. I don't mean use it for calling and using the Internet, I mean can I still use it to play games that is already on my phone? I'm planning to put it on airplane mode the whole time I'm there.
- Will my AT&T Sim Card Work on My Verison iPhone 4S? My version iPhone has a sims card slot on the side, so do i need some tool to unlock it for me? Ok so how do I unlock it?
- Will Facebook work in China if I use the app on my iphone? I know Facebook in china is blocked, but will it make a difference if I use the app on my iphone. Has anybody here been to china and tried this?
- Verison iPhone users: is the one gigabyte of data used quickly? I'm thinking about getting an iPhone i want to get the one gigabyte of data plan. For you personally, does is the one gigabyte of data used fast? What are somethings pas that use a lot of data?
