Actual bugs in laptops?

A couple days ago I saw a bug enter my laptop through the hole where you plug chargers to charge your typical iPhone(forgot what it's called) and ever since then I've been trying to unscrew my laptop screws but some of them have been screwed on and off so much they became round. Is there a way to clean or force bugs out of my laptop without having to unscrew anything?

Pee in your mouth

Not really much you can do other than leave it, after so long they will have to come out simply because they won't be able to live in there. Anything that would kill bugs would most likely just damage the laptop as well

Back in the days of older computers, I was sitting at the computer one night and my husband walked in the house from outside. As he came to say something to me, I noticed there was one of these giant moths on the back of his shirt. As I got up to hit it, the moth flew up, flew around for a few seconds, then went straight to the bottom of the computer and crawled into a hole never to be seen again. The computer still worked, but it had a bug in it.

Here's a trick to use when the heads of your Phillips screws are rounded out. Use a flat rubber band (elastic) and lay it over the screw head. Then push the tip of your screw driver into the Phillips head of the screw. Now push down forcefully and loosen the screw. This will usually work since the rubber band fills the rounded out screw head and allows the screw driver to do the work. Don't forget the downward pressure to loosen the screw. Hope this does it for you.

  • Will Apple desktops/laptops get the new feel of iOS7? Obviously the 'iOS' system is for iPhones, iPods and iPads so there would not be an iOS update on the iMacs/MacBooks, however I wondered if an update for the computers (complete with the new designs for apps etc) was forthcoming? Much obliged! PS Jennifer J - why would you write something that clearly does not answer the question - nor does your source for that matter. Proper answers only people!
  • Should we impose sin taxes on recreational items like TV's, iPhones, laptops, etc? Anti-smoking advocates want to tax cigarettes for their costs to society. Okay. How about all these items? They're often mass-produced using a lot of petroleum-based chemicals and plastics, they are designed to break easily and be obsolete quickly, they use a lot of resources, they lower workplace productivity, and so on. Rampant consumerism is doing way more damage to society as a whole than tobacco is. Should we impose a sin tax on this dangerous behavior?

  • IPhone will pick up Wi-Fi but laptops won't? My iPhone is picking up Wi-Fi at my house but my laptops won't. (I know it's picking up from the router because I shut it off and it stopped - and it's not 3G or anything like that either. Any advice on why it would be doing this?
