Looking for laptops to create apps?

I'm interested in making android apps and some iphone apps to but have no clue on which laptop to purchase under $1000 can anyone help

Well, if you want to make any ios apps, it has to be a laptop made by apple.
NO other laptop not made by apple can make ios apps.

  • IPhone will pick up Wi-Fi but laptops won't? My iPhone is picking up Wi-Fi at my house but my laptops won't. (I know it's picking up from the router because I shut it off and it stopped - and it's not 3G or anything like that either. Any advice on why it would be doing this?
