Am i rich? Why am I not spoilt?

Okay so I HATE bragging, and I know rich people don't brag, but there are rumors in school that I'm rich and I just want to know if I'm.

I have two sisters who are older than me, one Is married one lives abroad stuying.
I live in an okay sized house, 5/6 bedrooms, bought for 500 but is now estimated nearly 1mil
we own 2 flats in a rich suburb in London, but we got them quite cheap I think.
other than that we're pretty bog standard. I'm not spoilt at all. My most expensive thing is an iPhone 5, which is my dads old one. Even though we have all of this money, why do you think I'm not spoilt like other rich kids. My clothes are barely designer, mostly primark ect, and other not very well off kids get spoiled more than me. I'm EXTREMELY grateful for what I have, but what I have doesn't even compare to other kids. Why don't my family splurge like others?

Just to be clear, YOU are not rich. You are a kid. You own and earn nothing.

It sounds like your parents are rich. If they are not spoiling you, then you should thank them. They are teaching you not to be a horrible, useless person, and your life will be easier when you get to be an adult.

Different families have different values.

Being spoiled is just as much about attitude than it is about money or material things.

Sounds like your parents are raising you right. You family is well off, but the way to get well off is to not spend as much as they take in. Spoilt kids usually don't do well in the "real" world.

You don't sound rich at all. You sound very comfortably middle class.

It sounds like your parents are sensible. They own 3 properties so they are doing pretty well.

They might be waiting for you to take initiative with money. Let's say you want to travel somewhere to study. Unaffordable to some, yet possibly the kind of thing your parents would encourage and fund.
