Any programs to use/buy at home to unlock iphone 4s?
I gota iphone and don't want to pay retail 100$ to get it done.

It's a bit complicated if you don't know the IMEI number and hidden partition of your iPhone. I know there's a partition that allows you to unlock it from a network, but you also stand a chance of bricking that iPhone.
- What programs should I use to edit a song I recorded? I play the guitar and I sing. Recently, I bought a handheld recorder that can trasfer recordings of my songs into my laptop into an audio file. What program(s) can I use to edit my music? When I say edit, I mean cut out mistakes, get rid of background noise, etc. I'm looking for a pretty simple program, by the way. I'm not a technical person.

- Is there any hard evidence of widespread fraud of welfare programs? Or is it all just anecdotes. The most common type of answer I get is "my neighbor is on food stamps and has an iPhone!"
- Is there any free coding programs? I'm wanting a program where i can code in it and then run it so i can see what it does. I'm trying to make an app for the laptop an iPad or iPhone. I know things usually arnt free but if you know of one, please let me know.
