App update problems on my used iPhone 4S? - 1

I'm about to update all my apps. And I go to do the Facebook app (which I already have downloaded. I'm just updating it for the first time) and it wants me to put the password for the apple Id that was on the phone when I bought it used locally. And i don't know bc I deleted that apple Id TOTALLY. And I went to settings and its logged in as my apple Id so i don't know why it's asking for the password to the previous owners id. Also I can go download anything and it says put the password to my id except when I try to update Facebook. Any ideas? I have an iPhone 4S converted to straight talk.

Did you go into Settings-iTunes & App Store and change the Apple ID to yours? Because it sounds like you never did that.

  • Used Iphone 4 used for Wi-Fi only? I'm thinking about buying an iphone 4, but i plan on using my wi-fi instead of getting a plan. Will I be able to do this? I'm going to be buying the Iphone used. Please don't ask why not just buy an ipod, the person who is selling it to me is giving it at a good price. & also, the seller had at&t. If decide to activate the iphone will i have to activate it wity at&t?
  • Problems with iPhone IOS6 update? I checked my phone a few days ago and it said that I had to update my phone and I've got the iPhone 3gs, I updated my phone and now I can't get any sound out of headphones and so on, like literally any headphone that I plug into my phone it doesn't work at all. Imessage doesn't work either so I'm not too sure what to do, any suggestions on what the problem could be?
  • IPhone problems. Internal? Software update will My iPhone keeps shutting off and when I put it on silent it switches to sounds, silent, sound, silent and I don't know what it's on. I called apple they said to do a restore and if it doesn't fix it then I get a new one. First question. What can I do to the phone that a restore can't fix and they would have to give me a new one just invade the restore works
  • IPhone 3 problems. Need to update the software? My parents got me an iPhone 3 for Christmas, and when I try to download games from the Apple Store, it says I need the software version 4.3, I have version 4.2. When I try to update my phone, it keeps saying that it is up to date. How do I update the software so I can download applications?
