APPLE ITUNES - syncing iphone?
I have had heaps of trouble with the new ITUNES 11.
Basically, my ipad, ipod and iphone are synced to the home computer, and have been synced to the home computer for the past 4 years. Yet, i don't use this computer often, and have started downloading music onto my laptop. There was never an issue with putting music from my laptop to iphone with ITUNES 10, as i could manually drag it on there. However, on the ITUNES 11, i have authorised my computer, and selected manually load songs, but when i click 'sync music' (as i do not have an autofill option located on the "on this device" tab) there's an error message, saying i have to erase absolutely everything on my phone, to put my new songs on there, i then put these songs on a usb, and tried on the home computer, but the same error message kept appearing!
Does anyone know how to fix this?

- Would syncing my iphone with Itunes unlock it? I stupidly forgot my password and have locked my iphone. I have tried my password a certain amount of times that it has now ask me to connect to itunes, which I have. If I sync them again, would it unlock the phone or do I have to restore it?
- Why isn't my iPhone 4S syncing to iTunes on my computer? It has been working fine until a little while ago and it will connect to my computer so I can get my photos off but it won't connect to iTunes.
- Syncing my iphone to a new itunes will it erase everything else besides my music? Okay I have a problem, my iPhone is already synced to an iTunes account but I want to sync it to a different one. All I want is the music and I'm afraid it will end up deleting everything off my phone like my contacts, pictures, messages, apps.i've already done it once before but i'm afraid it will delete everything because my friend tried syncing hers to a different account and it completely deleted EVERYTHING.
- Syncing iPhone songs onto iTunes? Okay so what I want to do is make ringtones on my iPhone 4s. But in order to do that I have to sync my iPhone to iTunes. Which I haven't done yet with my phone. I have 60 songs that i bought on itunes store on my phone but I don't want to lose them. And i heard if I sync my phone to the computer that it will wipe everything out of it? So is there any way to sync the songs and all the apps and media from my phone onto itunes on my laptop?
