Apple support not helping, iPhone touchscreen not working?
The right side of my touchscreen won't work, so I called Apple. They said since I updated it tried everything, I have to pay $200 for a new one. I just got it about 4 months ago. I went to Verizon, they said I could get a free one and to call their number for it. I called them, they said I need to pay $100! What do I really have to do? I looked it up and a lot of people say you get a new one free! What do I do?
Go to the apple store and see if you can from there and if not call Verizon again i have Verizon and their very good with that the only cheap way to really get it fixed with if you upgrade to A&T and get a 99 cent iPhone 4s or get a different phone or call and complain to Verizon. Hope i helped

- Rice not helping wet iPhone? I had my iPhone3GS connected to a car charger, and it fell into the cooler full of water without me noticing. It could have been in there for at least 5-15min. I got home and put the phone into a bowl of rice. It had been flickering with light, but now there's no light): it won't turn on and I don't think the rice is helping. I don't have a license so I can't go get alcohol to put it in): please give me other ideas): thank you)
- Replaced battery in iPhone 5c and my touchscreen quit working? My battery tore up in my iPhone 5c so I replaced it, charged it up, and tried to access my phone. The "slide to unlock" wasn't responding when I tried to unlock the phone. I'm not sure what to do, please help and thank you.
