Avoid paying Wi-Fi charges for 2 devices at hotel?

I'm going on holiday and have just found out that the hotel charges €26 per device for Wi-Fi. I will have my iphone and my son will have his ipad. Is there anyway to connect both of them without having to pay twice?

Added (1). Thanks for answering guys. I'm going to Spain, hence the euros. I must be unlucky because I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the UK with free Wi-Fi in the rooms! The lobby maybe but never the rooms. I will see if I can sort something out with the hotel, as 52€ is a bit much for Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi should be freaking free in hotels.
You're going to a janky place…

No, unfortunately, or at least not unless you have your Ph. D in computer sciences and can hack around it. But, you can try to look for other wireless connections around though.

Tell them Wi-Fi is free in most hotels and if they want your business they better make it free for you now!

Well that's rip off for a start because Wi-Fi is free in any hotel in the UK.

It's free to attract businessmen/women to the hotel as well as other guests.

But obviously as your paying in Euros then it must be somewhere in
Europe other than the UK so I assume they can charge what they like!

Anyway if your paying that should be for any number of units you connect to it.

If not, it looks like you'll just have to trot down to the local Wi-Fi hot spots.

  • Will I still be paying roaming charges if my iPhone is on airplane mode? • What is the Wi-Fi password for best western hotel? I'm staying in an Arkansas best western hotel, and I need the Wi-Fi password forrm iPod touch. (I'm writing this on my friend's iPhone). I need the Wi-Fi password very badly. I tried to contact the front desk, but the phone isn't working! Please help. Sorry, it's too late for that. (Time wise) I'm with my youth group and they told us not to leave until morning. (Also, please be a bit more polite about this)
  • IPhone 5 isn't finding hotel Wi-Fi. Any suggestions? So I'm at an airport hotel. A Hilton if it matters. I'm in my room and my macbook found the hotel Wi-Fi network with no problem. So I have a long flight tomorrow and so I'm downloading a bunch of new games for my iphone. On of them requires a Wi-Fi network to download. So i tried to find the Wi-Fi network on my iPhone and it isn't finding any network, even though my macbook is connected to the internet. So why can't my iPhone find the network?
  • How to avoid roaming charges with an iPhone when traveling abroad? I'm traveling to China from Canada in about 5 days and I want to bring my iPhone with me and i want to still be able to connect to wireless signals but I'm not entirely positive on what to do to avoid roaming charges, I'm pretty sure turning it on airplane mode and turning on the Wi-Fi would be fine but I just wanted a second opinion on what to do.
