Can I claim DSA (student claim) for having Aspergers?

Aspergers isn't really seen as a major disability or anything then I was considering of taking out extra loans to buy myself a new laptop (I currently do all of my essays on my iPhone 6s and on a small tablet).

  • What's A Student Plan? (Rogers)? I want to get an Iphone 5, I have about 300 dollars, and I saw that at Future Shop they're selling Iphone 5's for 179.99 for the 16gb model.
