Can I take my iPhone 4S back?
My sound and microphone is completely messed up on my iPhone 4S and it really annoys me. I'm from England so apparently I can take it into the apple pay £140 and get a brand new one and give in or something with my old one. Can I definitely do this or do I have to buy a brand new iPhone for like £400?

and you get a nice 'as new' Apple iphone replacement
In the 1st year, you are automatically covered
there was some talk that in Europe they had to make that 2 years free cover
(EU warrenty rules) and UK sale of goods act still applies,. That if it was faulty design or manufacture (it should not have failed anyway under 5-6 years of reasonable treatment, then it is still their problem - but I don't fancy your chances on that)
