Can iphone not charge Fully?
I got an Iphone 3g a while ago, and it quit charging with the charger (fake) it came with. I found out the charger was broken, so I used an Old one to charge it, although it was a car charger, so it could only be charged in a car. It was a hot day, and the car's battery could still charge my phone when it was off. I left it in the car at 25%, and I came out 5 Hours later, and it was only at 50%. Could this be because of the Hot weather making the iphone not want to take a charge, or something to that affect?
You should use original iphone charger. You can get help from Apple Store.
Charging in the car is different than charging from an electrical outlet. DC voltage is more of a 'trickle charge' for some electronics. My laptop is the same way… But my phone usually charges fairly quickly in the car and slower in the house.
Get a new charger. You can buy aftermarket ones at some cellular dealers… But, if you go to ATT&T, Verizon, etc, they have a hefty markup on their replacement products. Go to Walmart, a cellular resale store, or something like that. The offbrand chargers run from $10-16.00 there, normally. At the cell dealers, they run from $20-35.00. You can also ask if there's a 'salvaged' charger for your make/model of phone at the dealer. Mine gives me batteries and spare chargers for free or a very reasonable price (if the phone is older than a year). I had a Motorola Razor for almost 8 yrs. By using these tricks, I got 4 extra batteries and two extra chargers… For only about $30 total investment. And the spares really came in handy over the years.
Another good thing to remember is to let your battery completely die now and then before recharging. It is better for the battery to recharge every cell from dead than from partially charged. If you have a spare battery, or an emergency plug in battery (also sold at Walmart) it can help you drain the battery out completely but still have a backup on hand for convenience. Keep the backup in a plastic case or a small ziploc baggie to keep dust & stuff out of the connections. The dust acts as a barrier, and can cause problems with charging/power. Use a dry, soft bristle toothbrush to work dust loose and vacuum out the loose particles if you find it getting dirty.
Hope this helped.
- Why doesn't my iPhone fully charge? When my iPhone 4 runs out of battery it charges until around 10% and then it stops. Yesterday it fully charged and I don't know how it did. But the charger is fine because my iPod charges fine with it. So what's the solution? I don't want to throw the phone away and I don't want to take it into repair unless I really have to. So how can I get my iPhone to charge? It also won't connect to my PC.

- Is it alright if I didn't fully charge my iPhone 6s for the first time? - 1 Is it alright if I didn't fully charge my iPhone 6s for the first time? - 2 I Just bought my new iphone 6s, the salesman told me to fully charge my phone, not 8 hours, but fully charge after it drops 20%. Unfortunately I plugged in my phones to my laptop to restore backup then the phone charged until 40% and i unplugged it. After the battery drop to 20% and I fully charged it. Is it going to affect anything?
