Can some one see my personal stuff by using my personal hotspot?
I have a iPhone 5S and my brothers were using it too (2 brothers) but it says that there are 3 connections. I don't mind someone using my hotspot but can they see any personal information?
Only if they use some kind of network sniffing tool. This way they will be able to let's say take over sessions, scan for passwords and those things. For example, when you are on Facebook and somebody else is taking over your session, they can access Facebook under your name, they can even post stuff! So be carefull please!
Ooh and if you are using Windows, make sure your file sharing is set to No in your network configuration. Else they can browse your computer's folders.

Use a good VPN
Whatever you do don't fall for the bogus review on the so called best vpn review sites. They are all scams where the best reviewed VPN's are the ones that pay the review site the most money. Even the customer reviews on these sites are phoney.
