Did I just take a picture of a ghost?

I was going to take a picture of something on my iPhone and I went to turn down my music without realizing that the volume buttons take pictures when you're on the camera and I accidentally took this picture. I went to go delete it and I couldn't believe what I took a picture of. I have no idea what it is. The only light source was my ceiling light and my flash wasn't on. Also a couple months ago I took a picture and an orb showed up in it, but I figured it was just dust or something. My neighbor claims to be a medium and she told me a while back that the land my house was built on has ghosts but I don't know if I believe her. Is there any other explanation for this picture? Anything at all that could have possibly caused this to happen?

A lock of hair, a wire, string or a camera strap would be the first suspects. It looks like one of the "white tornadoes" or "vortexes" or rapidly moving orbs associated with ghost photos.---But still stick to the prosaic explanations until this stuff happens all the time and you can eliminate the obvious causes.

Take MORE photos --making SURE the above is not the case. Try to reproduce it with the above materials.--see what it looks like.
