Do i have to refund on ebay?
So i shipped my item already but buyer is asking for a refund because it won't work with his plan. He did already ask me before buying saying: will net10 and straight talk support iphone? And i answered if they use gsm no, if they use cdma yes because it is factory unlocked phone. Do i have to provide him a refund? If this is escalated to ebay who would win?
The answer to this is right on eBay's site. Look at what you are required to do if you offered a refund. If you didn't, look at what happens when it gets escalated to eBay.
Offer him a full refund of his original purchase price and original shipping if he returns the phone at his expense in the same condition it was in when he received it. This is what eBay will tell him if he opens a SNAD claim.
