Ebay buyer not returned my item back?

Basically on Ebay UK, I selled my Iphone but the seller opened up a not as described case against me and Ebay decied in there favour I knew that was untrue so I changed the return address with incomplete information but he still sent the item back and got a refund!

I have provided him now with the correct address as I managed to appeal it with a lot effort but he is not messaging me back or anything to send the item back.

I have his address from when I sent it, what can I do?

Added (1). I went about it the wrong way as he was lying but how can I recover the phone as I don't have to pay Ebay for reimbursement but the buyer now has the money when Ebay refunded him and now he has my phone!

You register a complaint with Ebay.

The buyer did return the item. To the fake/incomplete address that you provided. If you didn't provide proper return address information, then that's on you and not the buyer.

All you had to do was request the buyer return the Iphone and you then would refund the money and can re-sell the phone. If you received the phone back, what is your problem? Ebay has to refund your seller fees, and you can re-list the item. This time make sure you mention defects.

Sounds like you shot your own foot. Dishonesty costs.

Sorry, but you screwed up. You provided a return address, he sent it to that address, and has proof of sending it.

Nothing more you can do. Ebay certainly isn't going to get involved.
