Found iphone 5s is icloud locked and owner phone number is out of service?
So I found this iphone 5s while walking home from school. So when I turned it on it says this phone has been lost to please contact the owner and this number. So when I called the number it showed out of service. So there's no way to get in contact with the owner. If I take the phone to a apple store, can they unlock it for me so I could use it?
NO, but they can contact the owner. The reason the number was out of service, if they used the cell phone number, rather than a home or business number (must have been a school aged person).
So anyway the phone has long since been reported lost or stolen, so APPLE can't and will not hep you, nor will the cell phone carrier it was used on, because it has been BLACKLISTED, so what you have in your hot little hands in an paperweight that looks like an iPhone. While you can reset it and use it on Wi-Fi, you will NOT be able to use it on any cell phone carriers in the USA, iTunes or iCloud.
- Locked Out Of iPhone 4? Can't Contact Previous Owner? I recently got an iPhone online. I can't contact the owner and the phone is still linked to their Apple ID. So, I can't use it. I already tried recovery mode. Didn't completely erase the phone. Still need Apple ID from previous owner. Can anyone tell me how to COMPLETELY erase it so I won't need the Apple ID or a passcode? I would truly appreciate it!

- I found an iPhone 4 or 4s out camping. How do I unlock it to contact the owner? It is currently disabled and says connect to iTunes. It won't reset because it doesn't recognize the apple id. I called apple and they said there's nothing they can do to help. What can I do to unlock it?
- I found an broken iPhone 7. How do I find out the gigabytes and service provider? I found an iPhone 7 at a local festival. The phone is shattered and the screen no longer turns on. The sim card was broken in the phone but I still have yet to attempt to connect it to itunes. I plan on selling it but I need to figure out the gigabytes and the service provider of the phone. Because the screen doesn't work, I have had trouble doing so. Please help!
