How to make sure I'm not using any 3G data?
I just got an iPhone for the first time, let alone any kind of smart phone. I did not sign up for much data, when my phone is on, what can I do to make sure my phone is not using the 3G data? I know I can use Wi-Fi, but when I'm out of range of that is there anything I should look for to keep it from doing anything. I have been opening the safari browser and making sure all of the internet windows are closed, anything else?
Added (1). I don't know if it matters but it is the iPhone 4S, and there's no network section under settings.
Go to settings>network>enable data
Turn the data off and the 3G.
Or if you don't wanna make calls either you can put it in airplane mode.
- Would it be possible to make an app that makes sure your posture is straight when using your iPhone? For example; it could use a camera to make sure your face / neck are upright or it automatically locks
- What should I do to make sure my iPhone 4s still works after it fell in the toilet? My iPhone fell in the toilet yesterday and I put it in a bowl of rice for 24 hours. I took it out and charged it and it worked. I want to make sure that it won't glitch and die, so should I keep it in a bowl of rice while charging it for a day? I also noticed that when I was charging it at first, it started heating up… Should I be concerned?
- I just want to make sure that this not a scam? I put an ad on craigslist for my iPhone. This guy said he wanted it, so I told him to send the money to my Paypal account. He said he did but I don't can't see it in my account. I got an email from Paypal service@intl.Paypal.com say I have receive a patent of $ to my account. Showing me the address I should send it to witch is in Nigeria. He told me I have to send the item first and then they'll send me my money. I just want to know that this is not a scam. Some help me

Like if I want to show a friend a photo and they start going through other photos and come across an embarrassing: Photo Text message Web history (like once my friend saw my history of how to get rid of clammy hands YIKES!)
