How long to charge a iphone 5 for first time?
I got a iphone 5 16g today from carphone warehouse and the man turned it on and set some of it up then turned it off, then when i got home i put it straight on charge, so how long does it have to be on charge for? The man said about 16 hours?
Let it die and then let it charge 100%. That makes it charge quicker and last longer from then on.
It should take at least an half an hour
I always find with a new phone it is best to charge the phone overnight all night until when you wake the next morning this is plenty of time and gives the device a really strong charge. In fact this is what i do every night with my phones and have for years, Because when you charge over night the phone is ready for the full day ahead.
