How to get legal permission to develop an app for a site?
I have been reading some requests on a site called poptropica, and a lot of people want it on iPhone. I know I have enough coding-digital art skills to make it, but how do I get permission from the developers to do so? Would they likely officially hire me?
Use the 'Contact Us' link on the website and ask. No harm in it.
- Would it be okay to put logos of other companies in without permission in my art? I'm joining this nationwide art competition in my country with the theme of "consumerism." I'm planning on putting an iPhone on my artwork but instead it will say iDiot. Will designing it in a slightly altered way avoid lawsuits? Do you think the competition will reject my entry if they saw a representation of the iPhone? It will not be the main object in my piece, just a little accessory. Like really small.
- Someone took a picture of me without permission? I was in a toilet cubicle in school and I was pulling down my skirt when I noticed someone's iphone over the top of the cubicle (the back wall).
