How to make a very good photo?
I have a iphone. 4 and I want to make a professional picture… How do I do so?
Not really possible, but we would at least need to know what kind of photo.
You will have to depend on good light and composition to get a good photo from a phone, as they do not have user adjustable exposure settings. If you want to learn photography for real, you will have to get a real camera with adjustable aperture, shutter speed and ISO.

The only way to get a "good" photo if I only had an iphone is to try and get a landscape in the daytime. Get as much light as you can in your iphone. Lighting is key. Don't take a photo in low light or it's not going to look good.
Since you think you can get "professional" photos from an iphone, then logic would say that professional photographers all use cell phones. Yeah, right. Look at all those pros shooting for the NFL or doing studio portraits, or working for National Geographic. What are they shooting with… A cell phone? Sorry, your question is absurd. You do NOT "make a professional picture" with a cell phone.
