How to protect my South Bronx apartment from thugs?

Last February someone robbed me and stole my $500 iPhone and $300 Purse, that's $800 all because the liberals think that guns cause crime. Since getting a gun in the city is near impossible, I guess I'll have to resort to other methods, but how?

So what, did you hide in your closet while this went on? You have to be home in order for a gun to help you.

Buy a dog, dogs deter more burglaries than alarm systems.

Get a couple big old dogs and a 12 gauge packs a pretty nice punch. If you can't keep a gun I don't know what to tell you. I keep a switchblade in my purse in case of run ins with hooligans.

Move to riverdale its much safer up there.
