How to read how much cellular data is used on iPhone?
I know to click on settings>general>usage>cellular usage. But I don't know how data I'm using. Oh the cellular network data, is it the sent, received data or both aded together?
Both are aded together
Both. There are data managing apps available in the App Store though that could help. My Data Manager is one of those.
- Why is my cellular data used so fast? I have an iPhone 5 from Verizon and have a monthly plan of 5GB. I keep using all my data really fast and i don't know why. I do not watch videos too often (1 once a week and they're short aprox 3 mins). I talked to verizon on the phone and in person and they say they can't do anything. I have iOS7 too if that makes a difference. Help me! I turn my data off when I don't need it too.
- Why does my iphone use data over night when cellular data is turned off? Every night I turn off cellular data and leave the iPhone on and one day I wake up and check my data manager and see i have already used 25 MB please help!
- When you have Wi-Fi and cellular data on at the same time, does it use cellular data? If I keep my cellular data on and also have my iPhone connected to Wi-Fi, will it use any of my cellular data?
- What counts as data on Verizon's data plans with the iphone? Read more please? So i got an iphone for xmas and i have a 2gig plan, so what counts as data on the phone? Like playing games, emails, tweets, ect? Also when the bill comes in will it show, say i downloaded the twitter app, will it show that i spend time on it? (my dad doesn't know i have one so trying to make sure he doesn't find out.) Any help would be very helpful! Please and thank you!
