How to repair my Iphone 4s by myself?
My phone is stucked in itunes logo. I didn't used it for around 7 months and now when i tried to open it, iget only itunes and usb logo.
It's called recovery mode. This means you have to hook it up to iTunes using a USB cable. Yes you can fix it yourself. It's fairly simple. Once you hook up your phone to iTunes it should pick it up and there should be a message that says you're iphone needs to be restored. You HAVE to restore it, it's the only way you can continue to use it. If you had you're phone backed up to the computer all your information should go back to being there but if you didn't, it's going to be restored back to factory settings. If you're phone is activated it WILL continue being connected to you're service provider even if all your other information/stuff was erased. But I've should've stated at first that you need to download iTunes on a computer if you haven't already. Then proceed to connect your phone. Hope I helped. - Unlocking/Jailbreaking an iphone 4 by myself? So i recently baught an iphone 4 with rogers. But i'm currently with fido and i've been trying to jailbreak the phone. First it said i needed a rogers card to activate the phone so i borrowed my friends and now i've tried a couple of methods to unbreak it and it still hasn't worked… Please give me some ideas and i don't wanna pay more money than i already have.
- Back of my iphone is smashed, is it easy to replace the back myself? So. I'm in idiot and dropped my Iphone on hard flooring in my bathroom. The front is fine, luckily. Otherwise I would of flipped out. I need to know if it is easy to replace the back, i've heard of multi color backings as well. Anyone know if this is easy and if there's a place online I can buy a new back?
- Locked myself out of iPhone I recently changed the password on my iPhone, but now I can't remember it and can't get back in. I know you can use Restore, but I'd like to keep my images and iPhoto won't let me transfer images from a locked iPhone. Is there anyway to get around the passcode, or at least keep my pictures? If anyone could help, it would be a HUGE relief and I'll even answer a question of yours if you can help me fix this.
- Iphone 4S glass cheaper to replace myself? My iPhone dropped out of my pocket last Saturday and the glass on the back has completely smashed. I've taken it in to a third party repair service as the smashed glass means it is now out of warranty bland they want £100 to replace the glass or I can buy a kit off the Internet for about £6 would it be better to buy the kit and do it myself to save sone money or should I get it done by someone who knows what they are doing?
