I dropped my iphone 4s and now i can't play music with headphones in?

I dropped my iphone 4s while i was listening to music with headphones and when I pressed play the music came on as if I didn't have headphones in which i did. I took my case off and made sure the headphones were plugged in and restarted my phone. However, it plays out loud. Does anyone know a way I can fix this?

There's probably dust in the audio output just get a little brush that fits in it or bring it to a electronics store to fix it

I have had this same problem. Have you jailbroken your iphone? If not, you can take it to the apple store and they will repair it for you at little to no cost. If you have jailbroken your iphone, they will not so much as touch the iphone.

  • Why can my iphone only play music with just the right bud/speaker on headphones? I've had the Iphone 4 for a bit now and recently i noticed that the left bud on one of my headphones don't work. I thought it was my headphones so i went out and bought a new pair. Only the right one works in those as well. I tried others too and then when the another person tries the same headphones on their ipod both work. What exactly is the problem and how can i fix it?

  • My iPhone won't play music when it's connected to headphones? I plugged in my headphones and tried to listen to a song but it wouldn't start playing. So I unplugged the headphones and hit play and the music came out of the actual speakers. Then I paused it and plugged the headphones back in. When I hit play it worked. I just don't want to have to do that every time I want to listen to music. Any help is greatly appreciated.
