I LOST MY CONTACTS ON MY IPHONE 4S?

Please help me! VERY FRUSTRATED! I lost my contacts on my iphone 4s and i don't know what to do! Right now i'm Really MAD! 10 POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER!

If you made a recent backup of your phone on itunes/icloud you could restore it by connecting your phone to the computer of by using icould but if you did not make a backup at all, i'm sorry but you lost your contacts forever and there's no way to get it back.

  • Whatsapp contacts - if they're onnm contacts am I on theirs? I have the phone number of an old friend stored on my iPhone and they also show on my whatsapp contact list… Does this mean that they still have my phone number stored in their phone and also have whatsapp installed on their phone? The chat thing says they haven't been seen since 28th sept? If they didn't have my number on their phone would they still show as one of my contacts on whatsapp?
  • Updated IPhone, lost contacts, photos, etc? I updated my IPhone, and I lost everything I have no clue what happened. My father who thinks he knows everything wouldn't help me so I had to do it myself. Any ideas?
  • My contacts keep changing into my parent's contacts? I'm using my Dad's old iPhone 4, so it has all of his data. I cleared out everything that was his but I hate the part where each time my parent's add a new contact to their phone, everything syncs over to my contacts, so I'm scrolling down my list and see a new person I don't know but my parents do. Is there a way to change this?
  • Lost contacts on iPhone 4 due to iCloud? So I just got a new IPhone 4 and have the same iCloud acount as my mum. So all her contacts were automatically put on my phone so I deleated those contacts not knowing it would wipe out my mums contact list! She doesn't have a back up on her iPhone so what should I do to get them back?
