I said something really corny to a girl I have a crush on and now i feel STUPID? - 1

I posted a status on facebook saying how my cell phone died and I refuse to be isolated over the weekend and that whoever wants to hang out with me to message me their number. And this girl I have a crush on liked it and messaged me saying how its perfect timing for the Iphone 5 and then gave me her number. We've hung out 2 nights inna row already. So tonight would be the 3rd time inna row if i did. But anyways i'm a corny guy when it comes to replies. So i felt the need to say something corny rather then a boring "Yeah I know right?" to her message. Instead of said "haha yep! The timing couldn't be any better. But for now I feel stranded in a desert with no water.roasting away like a raisin in the sun.yeaaa… " how bad is that? She hasn't responded to the message since! And its been more than enough time to respond.

Well if she ends it over that… I don't think your relationship was going to last.

Seriously, stop worrying. It wasn't that bad or corny. I know a few people who respond to messages like that (trying to be funny).

Just going to say this but.
1. Don't hang out with her the 3rd night in a row unless you want to annoy her
2. That kinda was a little too much and she probably thinks your a little weird. Just say "sorry that was my little brother, i accidentally left myself logged in and my brother decided to make myslef look stupid." haha that should help.

Oh boy… I feel you bro.anyways, there's no need to worry now. You can fix it. Just try to post something really interesting this time. Or you can always send her a message asking her out again. There's no need to over think it, coz she may be just busy.

Don't worry, out of a girls point of few it is not so bad. Just send her a message and say that it is your kind of humor and she must be straight with you.

I agree that you should try and ask her on a date again, if she still does not respond, move on.

Don't worry & beat yourself up over it too much, it happens. I'm sure if she likes you, which it seems she really does, she will not stop talking to you over that.
