If I bought a stolen/lost iPhone can?
If I bought a stolen/lost iPhone can I use it, like activate it as my cellphone? Or will it come up stolen or something and I won't be able to use it?
You can but the owner can track it down and report it as stolen / lost and then you would get arrested or charged for "stealing it".
If it is still actviated and it has a trcker app, but if you reset it as it would be as a new one and get a new SIM card and not take forever to do it

But can someone use my old one? When I set up the phone the first time. Tmobile needed the IMEI number and a different number. I think the serial. I just wanted to know if they block lost or stolen phones. Cause to be honest I wanted to give one to my sister and I know previously you could do this and save a lot of money.
