Do you sync your contacts with iTunes? If so you just have to sync your contacts with your new phone if you loose your old one

Sync your iphone 4S with icloud which is in settings on the phone, then connect to itunes and sync it. Also set a password on your phone if you think you will lose it

If you lose your iPhone 4s, use find the my iphone app and erase your info so that no one will get your information. If you have synced your iphone with iTunes or iCloud… Your contacts SHOULD be there

Is there any way to fix this?
