My iphone 4 fell in soup.everything works fine on it except the speakers. It is currently in rice. What should I do for the speakers to work again?

Added (1). Will the rice help the speakers?

The only other thing you can do is take it apart (I recommend bring it to a professional) and dry each part sepretly

Put it in a container filled w/rice. Close tight and leave for 24 hours. It worked wonders for mine. I dropped it in the ocean while fishing!

I think you have the better idea. Take the iphone at near servicing centre, who knows better services in water damaged cellphones.

My iPhone 4 suffered heavy water damage, will it be okay? I went in the pool with it not realizing it was in my pocket. I was in the pool for about 5-10 minutes before I realized it was in my pocket. It was on when I went in the pool but was off when I got out. I now have it sitting in a bowl of rice and I plan on leaving it in there for a week, changing the rice it's in every 24 hours. Does anyone have any insight on this, like if there's any hope of it being okay or is it done for?
Iphone water indicators not pink, still possible water damage? Hypothetically, if you got your iphone 4s wet, but the water indicators are not triggered at all, is it still possible the phone has water damage on the inside that apple would find if they took it apart?
