Iphone volume doesn't work, says its on headphone mode?
I just dropped my iphone i the water for like 3 secs, and i dried and everything is working fine but the volume. There's no sound when I try and listen to music and when I try to bring up or lower the volume, it says its on headphone mode. I don't have an earphone or headphone on. What's the solution?
Not sure. Contact Apple.
Put the headphones back in and wait a little bit. Then take it out and try it. If this does not work then contact apple.
I hate when this happens. So apple will only tell you to put in and take out the headphones in the slot personally for me it doesn't work, if it has any water in it, put your phone in rice so it absorbs any that may be in there. Then try turning up your sound through your settings. If nothing works try with your headphones as apple suggests (try atleast two different headphones) and if all else fails complain to apple.
Sucks for you. You prob broke it
- Why doesn't my right headphone doesn't make sound? I have the iPhone 7 EarPods (not the Bluetooth ones ) They were working just fine until one day I realized that there was no sound coming out of the right side. I already cleaned it but doesn't work. How do I fix this?
- Where do I take my iPhone 5 if the volume down button doesn't work? I got the phone like 5 months ago and the button has been broken for about 2 months but now that it's summer and I have more time for music/phone in general it's starting to make me very angry. So would I take it to the Apple store or the Verizon store where I bought the phone?
- Volume on my iPhone 4S doesn't work only when I put the earphones on? Today I tried listening to music on my iPhone 4S, only to find that my volume adjuster had disappeared. And just to clarify, when I say that it disappeared, I mean that when I press the volume buttons on my phone, I see the speaker icon but the gauge bar is gone. When I put my earphones on it works perfectly I tried resetting it but nothing seems to work. I was wondering if I can get a replacement for my phone I have sprint
- Somehow, a huge piece of the headphone jack got stuck in the headphone port, and I can't find any I think the headphone type is just a normal iPhone headphone. So ground, audio, mic and some of the plastic, or whatever it is, around it, got stuck in there, and it's not super deep, probably because it's almost the whole headphone jack, but it's still in there. Someone please help! I can't find anything! It's just the headphone jack tip that got stuck for everyone else! It's a laptop.
