Iphone water damage problem?

So my iphone 5s fell inside the toliet today like around 5 pm i immietaly took it out and cleanned it and everything it had a case on it which i think helped not get my phone so wet! I blowed dried it for like 2 minutes and then i put it in rice becayse i had to leave somewhere and i was in a hurry! It is now 10 pm and the phone works find and everything it just has a little wayer in the corner of the screen nothing big! It is going to get messed up if i didn't turn it off or anything? I mean its been 5 hours and its just that spot! Should i turn it off for the rest of the night and turn it back on in the morning to see if it works? I've had it in the rice the whole time! Please answer all my questions thank you!

If there's any trace of water in the electronics, it will be steadily corroding away all the time the battery is connected.
It will be wrecked unless the battery is disconnected until it's fully dried out.
A phone with all it's casing / covers in place takes WEEKS in a warm place to dry fully, not hours.
If you can, remove the back & disconnect the battery. Then put the phone somewhere warm & with good ventilation for about a week.
That may save it…

  • Will my iPhone still work after water damage? It fell into a bucket of water last night and I can't turn the phone off because the screen is black. I can hear the phone ringing and vibrating, but can't see anything. I put it in a bowl of rice, is this fixable? Will the screen eventually work?
  • Sprint warranty for water damage on iphone 4s? Recently, my brand new iphone 4s fell on my sink, the problem with it is that there are grey spots and blue spots on my screen. Do you know if there's a warranty on my phone, i remember the worker told me that it did not cover loss but i don't remember after that
  • My iPhone 4 suffered heavy water damage, will it be okay? I went in the pool with it not realizing it was in my pocket. I was in the pool for about 5-10 minutes before I realized it was in my pocket. It was on when I went in the pool but was off when I got out. I now have it sitting in a bowl of rice and I plan on leaving it in there for a week, changing the rice it's in every 24 hours. Does anyone have any insight on this, like if there's any hope of it being okay or is it done for?
  • Iphone water indicators not pink, still possible water damage? Hypothetically, if you got your iphone 4s wet, but the water indicators are not triggered at all, is it still possible the phone has water damage on the inside that apple would find if they took it apart?
