Is a 13.60 capacity a 16gb for an Iphone?
Will choose a best answer!
Yes it's around that should be 14 GB
Yes, you usually only get about 90% or so of the stated memory on any hard drive or flash drive/memory device. This is usually because there are programs and OS that need to be loaded (such as on your Iphone) that take up that space, so you only get GB usable space.
Sounds like it to me.
- Will my iphone run slow if i use up all/most of storage capacity? I got a 32 GB iphone 5. If i put all my music on there + all my apps, pictures, and videos, ill only have about 1 GB left. Will this slow down my iphone at all? What if i end up using all the storage? What's a good of amount of storage to leave free in order for performance not to be affected?
- Will a 16GB iPhone 5 have 16GB of space? I want to get an iPhone 5 and the 16GB will suffice, however I'm concerned about the actual space. I have a 32GB iPod Touch but according to iTunes the maximum space available is 28.5GB. Could I expect this sort of thing to happen on the iPhone?
- Why does my 16GB iphone only have 13.25GB capacity? I think it's kind of strange that my 16GB iPhone only has a memory capacity of 13.25GB. Does anybody know why this is? I assume it's because that's how much memory is left after the operating system is installed, but I think it's rather bizarre to advertise it as 16GB when that's not what you'll actually be able to use.
- What takes up the other portion of my iPhone storage capacity? I have the iPhone 4 and almost 1/3 of my capacity is taken up my "other" and I want to know what that is so i can do something about it.
