Is it okay to use iPhone electrical outlet for charging ipad?

So my outlet's got broken I went out and buy a new one. And they said they only sell the small Apple ones. I was in a rush so I just took it. Is it okay to use it on my ipad 3 because I think it's charging slower than usual.

Yes yes yes slower charge doesn't mess up anything actually makes battery last longer faster charge would mess it up but Ipad is so durable either way you need not worry hope this helps!

  • Will I need an electrical/power adapter to travel to England? (I live in Canada)? I'm traveling to England next summer to visit some family for a month and I was wanting to bring my laptop and phone along with me. I have a Sony Vaio and iPhone 4 (I don't know if that makes a difference at all). If I need to get one, what type do I buy and where can I purchase one? Preferably not online.
  • Is thailand electrical system safe? I moved to Thailand about 2 week ago and i have had no problems until i got a 2 pin adapter for my phone (iPhone 3gs) and i plugged the usb into this adapter and then plugged it into the socket and it gave me a huge shock and it tripped the fuse box. But i was wondering if that could happen again e.g. My shower is a electrical heated one or like nothing is earthed in Thailand so i could get a shock from my true vision box.
  • Is it okay to use the same charger for the iPad mini and the iPhone 5? Are there any negative effects? Please cite your references. Thank you! How about the cables wattage?
  • Is it okay to start charging my iPhone 5 when it's at about half battery? I used to have an iPod, and the battery got kind of messed up, it drained really slowly and charged really fast. But I just got an iPhone 5 and I don't want that to happen again, so I usually try and drain the battery until it shuts off. But sometimes I stay up really late trying to drain the battery so that I can charge it fully for the next day. But is it okay to start charging it at about half battery?
