No it is not, my family is struggling and are poor yet I'm typing this right now on my iPhone 4. Also there are some really nice not bratty people out there who also have the iPhone.
No, not really. It's a gadget and a lot of people get them because they are popular more then that they actual need one. But if a iPhone seems like something that could be more useful for you then a different phone then getting one is not a bad idea.
An iPhone probably has a lot of use for some people but probably not for all, whether they are wealthy or not is beside the point.
- Why do rich people hate it when you call them rich? I remember this one girl I new from school had a brand new iphone with an expensive case covered in jewelry. Someone said "Wow, you're really rich!" and she was offended.
- Why do people think you're rich if you have an iphone? I have an iphone6 and people at school ask me if I'm "rich." If you want an iphone 6, get something called a job and since when did owning a $700 phone make someone "rich?" It's not like my phone is covered in gold and diamonds.

The Jennifer Lawerence nudies leak story screams about how little class most rich people actually have.
