Lied about having an iphone

I've been texting this girl that goes to my school during summer break, I told I had an iphone, because I wanted to fit in. She was texting me and said that she thinks I'm a liar, and technically I did, and she said "BUSTED" that was her last text and I want to get get an iphone before school starts in like a week, but it's too expensive. Now I'm nervous of what to do when school starts, I'm known as the most honest kid in school…

Tell her It was a lie okay deal with it I just wanted to impress you so what's the Big deal?

Avoid her. Or tell her the truth. Or say you lost it, it was stolen, your parents took it or something

You shouldn't have lied just to fit in. But i'll answer your question anyways.
Just say that your parents took away your phone until (Whenver you can get an iPhone.) Or that your little brother/sister threw it into the water and it broke. Or my all time favorite, "I lost it."

Lieing is never a good thing but if you really want some help I advise you to text her and say " I just broke my phone and had to buy a new one but my parents wouldn't buy me a new iPhone" and then (hopefully) she will think you just broke it!

Just say "i'm sorry I lied, its just that so many people have iPhones and I wanted to fit in. I don't have an iPhone, i just really want one." And btw I'm a girl so if you were talking to me I wouldn't hold it against you or anything. IPhones are awesome! I want one too

You won't fit in by lying, that is the way to make yourself an OUTCAST.

She already knows you don't have an iPhone, so your best bet is to simply NOT mention it.

As you can't afford an iphone tough luck, get over it. Start telling the truth, go out get a saturday job and get a silly iphone that will be outdated 12months later anyway

Tbh i've done the same thing multiple times and what i don't understand is why is having an iphone so important? Is my galaxy s4 not good enough? Am i unattractive or a lesser person because i don't have imessage? No. I say stay away from snobs like that, if it's not an iphone it's a big house, a certain brand, or a certain car.

Be honest and say " sorry i lied because i wanted to fit in.i'm sorry"
don't even think about keep lying saying " oh I really had an iphone but my parents took it away and blah blah"
you think you could get away with it but to tell you the truth you will end up being labeled as a liar
people can't be that stupid. We can easily detect anyone's lies.

Option A: Say "Thats right! You caught me! I never had one"
Option B: Say your parents took it away and gave you a lesser phone. That you went way over your data allowance because of all the apps you use and downloaded (web surfing, facebook, games, youtube, etc.) causing your bill to sky rocket.
