My phone was stolen but I lied about where I was
I recently had my phone stolen but told my parents I was somewhere else. I have an iphone so I did the remote erase thing and changed all my passwords. Do I tell them I was at the beach and it fell in the night of or do I go in the morning to the beach then say I lost it in the morning? NEED Help I NEED TO KNOW BY THE MORNING IN 5 HOURS!
Just tell the truth. Lies always make the problem worse.
If it was me i'd probably be at the beach but that's because i'd be scared of getting in trouble. You should probably tell the truth.
- Verizon worker lied to me about purchases I made I recently purchased a new iPhone case and the lady lied and said they no longer make the otterbox case I normally use. So she told me to purchase the symmetry one instead. So I did, well after getting home I realized that she did not give me the box for the phone case. Now, I want to return the case and get a new one. Will Verizon give me a complete refund? Or will I not because of something an employee did there?
- Phone stolen but if know who did it? I hog my iPhone six stolen at park, using my connections I quickly got in contact with the thief. I got him to agree to meet me alone tomorrow and he's charging me a $200 to get it back. I agreed but obviously I don't want to pay up for my stolen phone. How should I approach this without calling the cops. I will use violence if needed
- Lied about having an iphone I've been texting this girl that goes to my school during summer break, I told I had an iphone, because I wanted to fit in. She was texting me and said that she thinks I'm a liar, and technically I did, and she said "BUSTED" that was her last text and I want to get get an iphone before school starts in like a week, but it's too expensive. Now I'm nervous of what to do when school starts, I'm known as the most honest kid in school…
- If I report a phone as lost/stolen AFTER the thief gets a chance to put a sim card in, would it lock the phone just like that? Got my iPhone SE stolen a few days ago, and Koodo is supposedly calling me tomorrow to ask if I want to report it as stolen. Is it possible that the thief is able get away with this? Also if they manage to unlock the carrier somehow?
