Messages take up 9.8 GB. How do I get this number Down?
On my iphone, in the usage tab my messages take up 9.8 GB. This is a huge amount of space and yes I have deleted every single one of my messages and it has not gone down. Is there anything else I can do?
Let the battery die and reset the device
Try moving the video files to a different storage and empty cache and restart the device. Should that fail, then backup all important files and do a "hard reset" of the device.
- Why is my iPhone number being displayed wrongly on my number? My number is X, but on "my number" settings, it's being displayed number Y. Why is that? Also, some people told me that when I call or text them, the number Y is appearing to them, not the number X as it should. On the other hand, if I call the number X, my iPhone rings normally, but the same thing doesn't happen when I call number Y.
- Why did my text messages disappear after I turned my iphone back on after it it had been powered down for the night? Okay, so I'm new to iphone this is my first one and it's the iphone6. Last night I powered it down for the night, and when I woke up a d turned it back on and unlocked the lock screen and went to my home screen it said I had two text messages and before I could click on it they disappeared. So where did they go and is there any way to find them?
- Where do I take my iPhone 5 if the volume down button doesn't work? I got the phone like 5 months ago and the button has been broken for about 2 months but now that it's summer and I have more time for music/phone in general it's starting to make me very angry. So would I take it to the Apple store or the Verizon store where I bought the phone?
- Switching number from Verizon to Straighttalk AT&T. How to keep my old number? Right now, I have a Verizon noncontract phone. I'm buying an iPhone 4 from a friend which is on the Straighttalk AT&T micro sim plan. I'm moving to the Straighttalk AT&T plan and need to know how to get my number changed over and where to get a new micro SIM card from.
