My internet connection says limited? Windows 8.1?
My internet is good. All of the others computers Wi-Fi works, except mine. (macs and iphones and ipods…) I have reinstalled the Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 Wireless network adapter (my internet thing) that didn't work. I have also tried the commands prompt commands, and yes my ip matches it with the ipconfig thing. And yes my "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is unchecked. Please give me some help. Even if its the same commands i have mentioned, i will still try and reply! Please. I will post pictures if needed.
I'm using my sisters macbook pro if you are wondering.
And also, resetting the router doesn't work. Thanks for

Added (1). My network adapter is Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 Wirless network adapter… It won't work
to use other ones. Maybe, but i've tried like 5-20 and they all don't work or can't connect!

You need to change from the windows driver (default) to your adapter. I had the same problem
Here's the instructions:
# Open Device Manager (search Windows Help if you don't know what this is)
# Select 'Network adaptors' and then open (double-click) Broadcom 802.11n Network Adaptor
# Go to the Driver tab and click the Update Driver… Button
# Select 'Browse my computer for driver software'
# Select 'Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer'
# Select the "Broadcom 802.11n Network Adaptor (Broadcom)" entry from the list, and click Next
Windows 8 does that a lot for me too. I seem to have to sit right next to the modem or be directly connected to it through wires for any good connection.
- Windows 7 laptop wireless connection problem I restored my computer a day ago because it was bringing the blue screen of death. After the restore, when I logged on and tried to connect to the internet it says no network connection. "The laptop will access the internet with a wired connection only. It now indicates there are no wireless networks to join even though" there's a modem in my house which i can connect to through my iphone.
- Wi-Fi says I have connection but can't connect to internet? On my iPhone and other phones in the house the Wi-Fi says its connected but when I try to access the Internet it doesn't load. I've turned off the router for awhile and turned it back on. It still didn't work then I reset the router and still doesn't. What can I do?

My sister said its like something I downloaded but I didn't download anything since like 2 weeks. So what to do?
- My laptop says the Wi-Fi connection is connected to the internet, but has no access? I'm using a Windows 7 laptop and I can't connect to the internet, while my iPhone and mom's laptop has internet access. I have tried resetting the router, used system restore and virus scans but there were no results. Does anyone knows how to fix this issue?
