My laptop says the Wi-Fi connection is connected to the internet, but has no access?

I'm using a Windows 7 laptop and I can't connect to the internet, while my iPhone and mom's laptop has internet access. I have tried resetting the router, used system restore and virus scans but there were no results. Does anyone knows how to fix this issue?

Did you click Internet access Icon and click your Supplers name and click Connect Automatic and click Connect. You may have to set a password there.

If you have an acer laptop it seems to be common problem with some routers get in touch with the manufacturer

Hi, in Network and Sharing Center does it say "unidentified network"? Or home/work/public?

if unidentified this is your issue. Win7 won't send data over it while unidentified.

Is your windows 7 the R2 version? (developer preview kinda thing)? I use this and have issues with unidentified networks on an Acer netbook. I've read thi was fixed (or improved) in the RTM version of win7

My house internet went down yesterday so I had to take the plug out of the internet and plug it back in after 10 minutes. Then everything worked but today my laptop says connected with limited access but my iPad internet and iPhone works fine. So what to do? I tried everything on google but it didn't work. I've tried wireless and cable on my home internet, i've tried using my iphones hotspot and it always says connected but nothing works.
