My iphone 4 fell into water still kinda works what do i do?

So i dropped my phone in water i have an iphone 4 and the screen turned all black and wouldnt even turn on i dried it up and put it in a bag of rice For three days after it worked well kinda like i can answer a call and take pictures and Everything just that my screen is still black. Should i go to apple and get a refurbished phone how much would it cost since its water damaged?

Turn it off and let it air dry for 2 days.

So, my phone fell in the water for about 2-3 seconds and I managed to pull it out while the screen was flickering off, I immediately put it in rice for about 36 hours, but it failed. We checked the water indicators and both were still white, do I have chance to take it to the apple store so they can replace it for free, or will they check inside aswell?
