My iPhone 4 isn't turning on?
My iPhone 4 has been charging for over 10 minutes and it still has the Harry potter logo on it ( it looks like the scar on his head ) anyways does anyone know why?
I would turn it off for a while then try turning it back on
Harry Potter logo? How did you get that?
Well you could try rebooting your iPhone (hold both buttons down until apple logo appears (apple logo, NOT Harry Potter logo. That should fix up any problems you have. If not, plug it to your computer and open up iTunes, and you can make a backup of everything and restore/try to put the phone into recovery mode first.
If all does not work, take it to the apple store.
