My Wi-Fi says that it's connected but it won't load?
I have an iPhone 5s and it says that it is connected to my Wi-Fi, but whenever I try to use Instagram it says that IIm not connected to the Internet and whenever I try to search something on the Internet it says it's not connected even though it says it is.
Try to turn off Wi-Fi on your phone. Then turn it back on if that doesn't work that go to general--reset--and reset NETWORK settings. It will reset the Wi-Fi NOT your phone. You just need to put in the Wi-Fi password again. Glad to help fham
Try dis connecting, and connecting again, or try checking your Instagram, whether you have not activated to use internet for insta.

Hi, The Problem is - i set up a wireless network today for my Iphone 5 and my blackberry, from my main desktop at home, and all went well and Both are connected to it, as well as my laptop.
