IPhone 4s volume + button stuck?

I got my iPhone 4s a little less than a month ago. All of a sudden the increase volume button it kind of jammed or something an it's really hard to press. I took it to the genius bar and they didn't even loo at the button, they just claimed I had water damage and tried to sell me a new one. I know that there isn't any water damage because everything else works fine and I've googled and saw that a lot of other people were having this problem. What should I do?

How to get an iPhone fixed without insurance?

I accidentally dropped my iPhone 4 into the a toilet. It was only in there for a second, I dried it off, turned it off and took out the sim card. I've submerged it in a bowl of uncooked rice and I will leave it in there for as long as I can but assuming that it won't work when I turn it back on. I have no insurance, is there somewhere I can get it fixed for free or cheap?

No need for comments telling me I'm stupid for having it near a toilet or not having insurance.

I updated from a download file from a popular youtube video a while ago. My friend told me they could of encrypted the file(?) or something like that so they can access my stuff because i upgraded from there file (and someone could of hacked that upgrade file).So is it possible to spyware on my iPhone? IPhone 4s not receiving text messages?

For about a week now, my iPhone has not received any text messages. I only get texts from people using iMessage. When my friend texts me, I receive the text five or six hours later. I also only receive messages after I have called someone or someone called me. I'm using Sprint. I will probabaly get it checked out over the weekend when I have time. Does anyone have any solutions?

Why won't bootneuter recognize my SIM card?

I just jailbroke and unlocked my iphone 2g so I could put my Verizon SIM card into it and make it work. But when I put the SIM card in it doesn't recognize it at all. It just tells me that I have no service. Did I do something wrong?

My friend told me to jailbreak it but does that work? And is it safe to jailbreak it? Is it legal?

If so how do I do it? I'm not sure if I really want to jailbreak it. I'm a little uneasy. But if there's a way to just change the font without having to jailbreak it I would rather just do that.

IPhone 3G screen gone black

I recently dropped my iPhone and now the screen is completely black. I can hear people calling and sending messages and when I go to plug it in to charge, I can hear it charging although the screen is black so I can't use it. I have also tried to reset it by pressing the home button and the lock button for 10 seconds, It's still black.

Any suggestions?

Kind of Scared for Sophomore Year of High School?

I went to school last year with a friend who completely stopped talking to me after the first couple of days and just ignored me even at her grandparents house. My mom and dad didn't like the high school and liked the one where my brother is going better. So I'm a sophomore and switching schools AGAIN. I'm a shy 15 year old girl. My brother is a senior and won't be at school until 5th hour because he is doing a college thing in the morning.
Things I'm nervous about:
-I'm shy and didn't talk much at the other high school. But I want to come out of my shell this year, i just don't want to get made fun of. How can I come out of my shell?
-At the other high school the first day was a half day but at this new high school the first day is a full day. I'm worried about where I'm going to sit at lunch? My brother says the lunch room is pretty full because there are only 2 lunches. I know people aren't expecting of new kids sometimes so where should I sit and what do I do if no one wants to sit with me?
-I got anxiety last year because of my "friends" mother who yelled at me and treated me bad. I also didn't like Spanish and was scared every day to go to that class. So how can I calm down?
-I have to ride the bus this year unless my brother gets his drivers license sometime soon. Is the bus bad to ride? I have a iPhone and iPod to listen to music and play games on.
-Last question… I know teachers don't count freshman late the first couple of days because they are new to learning where to go… But I'm going to be a sophomore, so do teachers count you tardy if you are late?

Sorry its long and I know I've done this whole high school thing but it was different because I was a Freshman and I had a half day the first day.
