I really want to get a Lifeproof Iphone case, because they claim to be 100% waterproof, which is what I really want! But the warranty from what I understand will not replace your phone if the case doesn't work. I need to know if anyone has tried this case and if it works well, because I don't want to spend $80 on a phone case and have it not work, and break my phone.
I'm looking for a way to install OSX onto my pc so I can run XCode and get into the app developing game. Anyways a mac is way too expensive for me right now, so can I just buy the Mac OS and install it onto my pc? I heard vmware can do something like that from my friend, but the site seems very confusing. So how can install OSX so I can develop iphone apps?
P.S. I don't want to do anything illegal or make a hackintosh or something.

I didn't jailbreak my phone myself someone else previously owned and jailbroke my phone. But I want to update to the newest version of the apple software but when I try it doesn't complete the update. And I also don't have a computer.
I'm on straight talks network and I had to change apn setting for my sim to work and i'm worried if I unjailbroke my iPhone it'll mess up my sim. I've searched the web for information on it but never found anything that told me what I was really looking for.
I heard SAM doesn't work anymore. And the only reason for me to jailbreak my phone is to unlock it. Can anyone tell me another way to unlock a phone? Or confirm that SAM is still working?
I've received a factory unlocked iphone 4.It is factory unlocked, I even checked the IMEI on iphoneoperatorcheck.com and it say UNLOCKED. When I inserted the microSIM, it said "SIM not valid; Only Compatible SIM Cards from a supported carrier may be used to activate iPhone. Please insert the SIM card that came with your iPhone or visit a supported carrier's store to receieve a replacement SIM card"

I have the iPhone 4, and I was wondering if I can unjailbreak it, and still have everything I had before I jailbroke. (Music, apps, contacts etc.) And how do I do this safely? I have ios 5.1.1
I'd like an iPhone 4S though I don't want to pay $300-$400 for it. I'm very skeptical of used phones, as the ones I've bought in the past worked fine but deterioated within weeks. Does anyone know were I can buy a cheap new iPhone4S?
I have just got an iphone 4s off ebay - it specified that it was locked onto the o2 network - i cut my original sim from my blackberry using a micro sim cutter so it would fit the iphone, it's needs to be set up for the first time but it isn't letting me complete the activation as the sim is not being registered. I also ensured that the sim was removed of all pin codes. Why isn't my sim being recognised?
