I just updated it to iOs 5 and whtatnot and now its not activating. It says " your iphone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailabe. Try connecting your iphone to itunes to activate it and i did but it says no sim card founded and i do have a sim card, an at&t one and i try resetting the phone to restore it but no progress!
Which one should I get for my IPhone 4s?
My friend has an iPhone 4 and he can get status updates through notifications from Facebook without having to open the app. I have went online and clicked the get all updates from the people I want to get notifications from but I still do not get them. Is there anything else I'm doing wrong?
I'm selling a white 16gb iPhone 4s on ATT, it is in brand new condition, box, headphones, and charger included, (yes even the apple stickers) it has just been swapped with a new device and it has been in a case ever since. How much, based on the condition should i charge for it on ebay? What is a fair price?
On my iPhone when I'm iMessageing someone it just says delivered on it. But on my friends phone it says read at the time that i read it. And then on her phone she'll be iMessageing another person & it will also just say delivered? So I'm confused on how to get it to tell me when they read it or can i even make it like that?
I've had this Iphone 3g since chirstmas, and i've dropped it before, it's cracked, but not badly. And so it is updated though, to the new settings, like when i get a text it's green and i can just slide it to open it. And so two nights ago, i turned imessage on for the first time, then went to bed and the next day it wasn't working, and then i realized imessage was on, so i turned it off and it worked perfectly for about five minutes then i turned imessage back on to see if that was the problem, then it stopped working.
Then i turned imessage off and it still wasn't working. So anyway, now when i turn my phone on, it stays at the apple logo for a good 15-20 seconds, then it goes to the shutting off screen. And now it says low battery, i plug it in, then the apple logo comes on, then it shuts off again! I've dropped it before, but it doesn't make sense how it works perfectly one day then not the other. I've tried resetting it, holding the home and off button, and still not working.
Also it was going to the home screen when i turned it off, but then i turned if off and on so many times it just got stuck at the logo. Also, when it was working, i had no more space in my phone. Like for pictures, apps, music, ect. Could it be that? Oh and it's nothing with the internet. Help! I'm also thinking of bringing it to apple today. Good idea?
A guy is saying that 800 Mhz dual core processor in iPhone 4S is at 1.6 Ghz. He says that 800 Mhz x 2 cores = 1, 6 Ghz. I know this can't be right.
I've put some videos I took from my old phone onto my iTunes then tried to sync and then wouldn't go on there? Why? And is there anything a can do to change it and make them go on!
I own an iphone 4, and my data plan is $20/300 gb. I went over my plan by 12.11 mb, so obviously I'm billed an extra $20 in my next bill.
What can I do to get rid of the overage charges? I really do not want to pay the extra $20. Should I switch to a new plan? Can I call in, and ask someone to get rid of it?
I understand the costs of calling and texting when your outside US territory, and I plan on turning off the data roaming, so I will probably avoid calling and texting. My main question is can I use my apps without charges such as twitter and facebook?
