Do you have to take it to an Apple shop to have the iOS operating system reinstalled?
Or could you do it yourself?
Or could you use an Anti-virus software to remove the virus (without having to restore the factory settings)?

So around an hour ago I was on apple music playing a song and I went on snapchat and the app would crash and the music would stop playing whenever I tried to take a photo. I kept going back to apple music and trying to play music but all that would happen is an error message would pop up. I tried playing the music on youtube but the video would load and then just not play. After this I tried calling my dad but no sound came out of my phone and the speaker button kept going on and off even though I was not touching it. I finally just decided to plug in my iPhone and power it off. After a couple minutes I powered it on but then it got stuck on the white screen with the black apple logo. I connected it to my computer and have tried connecting it to iTunes with no luck, because iTunes needs me to put in the passcode on my iPhone. I have also tried many different ways of restarting, resetting it, and more. It has probably been more then an hour now and my iPhone is still stuck on the white screen. Any advice?
I got my phone fixed twice in the past few months knocking me back £105, the last time I got it fixed was less than a week ago (4 days ago) & I dropped it again without its case on and the top corner has cracked and now the top half of the touchscreen isn't working, normally this wouldn't bother me, however I need to put in my passcode and the number 2 is in it, and I can't type the numbers 1, 2, 3 or 4 because it won't work. I really can't afford to get it fixed again.

I added some new numbers on my contacts and when I try to message them some were green and some were blue. How does iPhone know if someone is using Android or iPhone? I met this girl from a dance but I didn't get her number so I asked my friend if she has her number she said yes so she gave it to me and when I tried to text her the message was green. Does that mean she's using Android?
I have an iphone 5c that is suddenly unable to download apps, everytime I try to download something I get a message saying that the app is unable to be downloaded at this time. I have even factory reset the phone and changed apple IDs but it still does that!

I recently bought an iPad to find that it doesn't have the headphone jack or the lightning headphone jack. I don't have Bluetooth headphones or the AirPods etc so was wondering if it was possible to plug my normal headphones into my phone and Play music through my iPad but listen to it through my phone? I have an old iPhone (iPhone 4) and I'm trying to play an old voicemail that is on the phone. It is not saved in my voice mailbox. For example, if I call my voice mail box, it is not there or saved, but it is on the phone itself. The voicemail is over 6 years old, but it is still on the phone. However, it won't let me play the voicemail. Will I need to temporarily activate this phone to play/record the message?
